Wanted a replacement
I bought the infrared cap for my hair 2 years ago. It stopped working a couple of months ago and I didn't get in touch with the company because I just lost my mom and my dad and I had a lot going on in my life. I finally got around to sending them an email and the response was I was 7 days after the warranty and they wouldn't do anything. I couldn't believe it. I would never give this company a referral ever. How can you do business like this? I was so upset. I called three times and nobody called me back. I will never ever recommend this product to anybody. All I wanted was my head cap to work This is my first negative review I ever wrote.Im very upset about this Roseann Labonte So the company got back to me and offered 15% off discount I was. Insulted.Would never give this company business. I was days off with the warranty because I had personal problems and didn't call sooner The cap working months before that
