I reached out to support haven't received a response my order still hasn't arrived and just sitting in "awaiting shipment " I see this is a consistent issue with this company. Im certain u won't get these by Christmas smh I regret placing an order and if I dont hear back will report as a scam, which I hope isn't the case. This is ridiculous
