Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Maybe the technology just isn't ready for prime time. The vacuum itself isn't strong enough to get the dirt or grit up off my floors and the mops are just okay, one barely works most of the time. Customer support is mixed. They provided self-help guides to fix the problem, but never arrived at resolution and the guide wasn't even for the model I have. In terms of "smarts", this thing has a hard time. I have a list of dumb things it does and if you put an obstacle on the floor, add 10 minutes of cleaning time because it can't figure out an optimized way to get around it. I have wood floors and every time it takes off the mops to start cleaning them, but realizes it needs them, and goes back to put them back on. Again 3 minutes wasted. Also, it decides it needs to clean the mops at the end of a cleaning, but also needs to clean them before beginning to clean, so it just wastes water. Roborock isn't a great solution if you're looking to actually replace manual cleaning in your home.
