Worst service, fake shipments
Title: Worst service, fake shipments, no delivery, no trust. I placed order on 29 November 2025. The company promised fast delivery from EU warehouses within 24 hours. I received nothing. They issued two shipment notifications, but the tracking showed no movement. These notifications looked fake. I waited more than two weeks, and each time they told me to wait two weeks again. I am tired of excuses. I lost time and money. I expected transparency and real support. I received empty promises instead. I asked for a refund. I still wait. I warn other buyers. Check reviews before you pay. My experience shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for the customer.
