Quality, Design and Experience
Honestly based on my experience with some SUNLU products, filaments(lot of variety), dryers and filament connector, I am very satisfied. The filament quality is high, the packaging is excellent and the products design are so great. No one is perfect, issues can happen, but Sunlu customer service is responsive and helpful. Constructive communication solves problems much better than negative feedback alone.
