United Settlement doesn’t seem to follow through on their given time frames. I paid of my debt in June. I have called on multiple occasions and told things were being “escalated” so it could get down more quickly. Last time I was assured by management that the companies reported payoffs at the end of the month and it would show by the end of July. Well here it is almost the end of August and everything still isn’t completed even though I paid my debts off in June. I was supposed to receive a call back today but instead got a notification that they finally pulled one thing I paid off. But there are still things showing and they haven’t am called back.
