Boycott Easybbok
The customer service is appalling! Just some lazy reps trying to get you out of their way! I made a genuine mistake of clicking on a wrong drop off point for coach drop off and upon receiving the confirmation, realized my mistake and called Easybook immediately. Response I received - "Sorry, you can't change your drop off point even though same bus cos our T&C states no amendment, no refund, no cancellation." I was shocked because the bus I was travelling on has a few drop off locations and I merely asked to be dropped off nearer to my house. Same bus, same pickup and drop off points.
