They don’t care about your pet health
Poor customer service, major decrease in filter quality at the point that it is too small for the water fountain. The water pump gets dirty easily and is very hard to clean due to having a lot of tiny holes. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with the product and with this brand. They don’t think about pet wellness, only how to get more money. 0 stars is a much more accurate feedback.
