Buyers Beware!!!!!! READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING!!!!! If you decide during the 60 day period to return your purchase and you have tried the product, they charge a 20% restocking fee. I don’t have an issue with this charge, the issue is they are not transparent regarding this. No where on the main page is there any mention of this. You have to click at the very bottom legal and policies. After reaching out to return the DPL pro, I had to email back and forth 11 times to even get the return information. There is NO phone number. I asked on every email to please tell me what i need to make the return and they would email with no return information. I left a review here so everyone knows about their 20% restocking fee as I wish I had known before purchasing. They emailed me and asked if I would remove the review if they gave me my full refund. I said ok. I let them know on 12/26 in am, I removed my review. They turned around and charged my card again for the purchase. Now I am back to emailing them to get my money back for a charge they were not even authorized to make. This company is not honest or transparent and practices fraudulent business!!!! In response to JOVS reply- the credit was received. On 12/26, my credit card WAS charged again for the full amount. This was not a pending charge. It was 100% a processed charge and I shared the screen shot with JOVS showing this. As far as the 20% restocking fee- you really have to search to find this information. Be transparent and post it under your 60 day free returns on the page of the laser.
