Level of customer service I was given was truly awful. Ordered 3 bracelets beginning of December, no confirmation. No heads up that there’s a delay. I emailed and asked when I was like to receive this. ‘After Christmas, and to purchase more gifts and use the bracelets as every day gifts once received’. They’ve said I can have a 15% refund once I’ve received these items but I really don’t think this is good enough. Money is tight as it is… safe to say I will not be purchasing from these again.
