Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I placed an order 21 days ago for pre ordered items that were meant to be shipped after 15 days, until this day there is no update, I’ve tried reaching out to them via instagram, email and the chat box on their website without any response. There is also no option to cancel the order so now I am left without knowing what’s going on and what to do. My order number is 153088.
