Poor refund experience
My order no is YH20049 After placing an order of 4 items, I was not given the ref no for one of the items, Until I asked a week after, I was told no stock was available and was asked to replace it with another item. I said I wanted it refunded. I had been rejected 3-4 times until I got it finally. What a poor first-time shopping experience!!! Poor stock management, poor customer service, poor refund policy, poor service recovery. If my refund request had been entertained, I’d still shop on here. But now, I won’t!! No consumer right protection at all!!
