False breach and showing no evidence
I received an email for my 10.5k payout saying it’s been denied and breached for “hedge trading against other prop firm accounts”. I have never owned another prop firm account let alone trade on it at the same time as my FundedX, let alone hedge on it when it clearly says that’s prohibited. I did absolutely nothing wrong so I asked for proof of me hedging. Since then the useless risk team have completely ignored me. And the discord support is even worse. A false breach, showing no proof, and then ignoring. Tells you everything you need to know about this firm, this has happened to many others too. STAY AWAY from this scam of a firm, anything 5 figures they’ll deny for no good reason and ghost u. Tons of other prop firms so learn from my mistake and don’t go near these guys
