Review edited on 31/12/2025 After some initial scepticism and having first posted an unfavourable review, I believe it is only fair to retract my original comments and amend this review in favour of the company. While the initial communication was not ideal, once proper dialogue was established and I had clearly explained my frustration, the company was willing to work constructively towards a resolution. I amended my order, which was then dispatched promptly and delivered within the stated timeframe. I purchased a DF64 Gen 2, and it is an excellent grinder that performs flawlessly. I am very pleased with the product. The only reason for a three-star rating is the difficulty experienced during the early stages of communication. My recommendation to future customers would be to communicate frequently and be firm regarding your country’s consumer rules and regulations. The company appears to be relatively new, and I expect their processes and communication will continue to improve as they gain more experience in the e-commerce space.
