Everyone loves them and they can't fix a simple issue for me.
I'm revising my original review. My issue was finally resolved but it took someone other than the person I was dealing with to resolve the issue. Sometimes things happen and we have to give others grace, which is why I'm modifying my original review. Perhaps the first person I was dealing with was an AI bot...perhaps it was a real person - either way, the issue has been resolved and I'm well on my way to building out my directory. Written on the 21st of December: I'm impressed by how many people give Brilliant Directories a 5 star review because my experience has been the complete opposite. I requested a password reset over 30 days ago and had to reach out to support for assistance. I'm still waiting...after continuing to follow up. At this point it's better to just write off the life time access as a bad investment that led nowhere.
