I purchased a YETI 1-gallon Chug for $86. Shipping took approximately 20 days, and when I requested tracking information, I discovered the package was shipping from China, which raised immediate concerns. When the package arrived, it did not contain the YETI product I ordered. Instead, I received a cheap, unbranded tin mug that appears to be worth approximately $2. The item received is completely different from what was advertised and purchased. The seller intentionally sent an incorrect, low-value item while providing tracking information solely to show “delivery.” This constitutes a fraudulent transaction, and the item received is not as described. I contacted the seller over a week ago requesting a refund and have received no response. I am requesting a full refund and reversal of this charge. The online store Pack Seek appears to be a scam, and I strongly caution others against purchasing from this seller.
