No delivery, No refund
Ordered on Nov 29 with a promised 7–18 day delivery. As of Dec 24, the item still hasn’t arrived and no delivery date is provided. Tracking only says it’s “in Canada,” with delays blamed on weather— other carriers delivering to my address more than 10 times during the same period, with not a single delivery delayed. Customer support ignored my refund request and replied only that it’s “coming soon.” Very poor transparency and service. Would not recommend at all
