I would rate them a zero if I could. Ordered on Black Friday with everything I purchased in stock. Two weeks later still had not shipped. Found out later that one of the options I purchased wasn’t in stock. Later they told me there was another issue with a shirt I purchased. Zero concern for urgency on getting Christmas gifts I rightfully purchased to me. It’s now Christmas Eve and I won’t have anything to provide and they won’t give me a refund because they said they shipped it but when you track it, it’s still in pre transit and has been for 5 days. This company is a joke. Such a terrible experience. I don’t understand how you can’t figure it out after a month and still no shipment.
