I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/09 and it is 12/24 and it is still in transit. They have only sent one email telling me that it's on it's way. I am a very unhappy customer. My granddaughter picked your store and next time I will be looking at all reviews before I spend $50 on a sweatshirt that might not be of quality and totally missed Christmas! Lousy customer service.
