They saved me during a Crisis again
The customer service is amazing and yet again tonight they helped me out, I had to redirect the shipping so then I would receive the product on order my customer canceled. Despite the holiday they helped out so now the garment isnt wasted and ill be able to distribute it as I see fit, instead of it being sent to the original address. This isnt the first time they have helped during holiday periods and yet they did and it truly shows thier consistency as a production partner.

STELLAR Customer Service even on Christmas
They have been an amazing company to work with for my clothing businesses needs, when my last manufacturer shut down due to tarrifs I was stressed, luckily I found yoycol, ive gotten to work to ask for products my customers want and I need, Ive also have amazing experiences with thier team when I need any assistance, they have been a fanominal upgrade from my last manufacturer and im so happy with everything ive experienced with them to date.
Ive even recently got to talk with them about resolving an issue they were amazing, kind, curtious, through with thier follow ups and it was resolved in 2 days, would have been less of I hadnt dropped the ball on communication, overall stellar service, the old guy I could be waiting 3weeks for an email reply, and id get lost in the pile ect, never with Yoycol.
