Ordered a beautiful bracelet for my mother in law, back in November, it was advertised as christmas gifts on the website yet its now Christmas day and I haven't received it, honestly gutted, she flies back to Aus in 3 days and im so upset it didnt come, they shouldn't advertise as Christmas gifts if they cant guarantee making it and delivering it on time
