I’ve been working with Yoycol for quite some time, but recently I ordered a sweater and was very disappointed with the quality. The stitching was extremely poor, and the customer ended up complaining about the product. Unfortunately, this is not the first quality issue I’ve experienced. I’ve been receiving bad reviews, including 1-star reviews, because of product quality, and it has reached the point where I’m considering removing all Yoycol products from my store. If you’re thinking about working with Yoycol, I strongly recommend ordering samples first and thoroughly checking the quality before adding their products to your store. Otherwise, you may end up dealing with unhappy customers, refunds & negative reviews.
