Avoid
Avoid, pretending they are a UK company. No returns address in UK. Stating I ordered wrong size even though I never ordered kids size, sizing on the kids costume was the same as the adults - go figure!! When you ask for a refund, you have to wait for them to give you return address and then they try and offer you 10% back as the fees would be 'high'. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! As a mother of a cosplay fan, you've lost what could have been a good customer.
