Very disappointed with this program
I tried the free trial and whenever they were downloading or updating my iphone the screen froze and no matter which solution of theirs I tried just didn't work and so I paid for their program and I tried and the only way to contact them was with an email. I ended up going to Apple and I had to do a factory reset. I needed help with my microphone not working on my phone whenever I made a call. I'm a 71 yr. senior who thought that they would help fix my phone and I was very disappointed with them and their program.
