Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company! It's the worst company I've ever seen! I ordered hair on December 1, 2025, and I still haven't received it. The hair appears to be available on their website, but in reality, it's out of stock, and no one from customer service notified me. I found out when I contacted the company because I had not received any updates regarding the shipment of the hair. When I asked for a refund, they ignored me and simply told me that the hair was available again. However, I still haven't received anything!!!!
