Software failed, and support used "log files" to cheat me out of a refund.
I purchased MobileTrans to transfer 14GB of WhatsApp data, contacts, and messages from Samsung to iPhone. This was a massive mistake. The Software Lies: The program reported a "Successful Transfer," but the reality was the opposite. My WhatsApp messages were not searchable, and half of my contacts and photos were missing. Support is a Dead End: I spent days going back and forth with their support (Lucky and Tina). They keep asking for "log files" and "screen recordings." The Refund Trap: Because I couldn't wait weeks for them to "investigate", I went to a professional third-party vendor to fix their mess. Now, Wondershare is refusing a refund because I can’t provide "screenshots" of the data that their software failed to transfer in the past. They claim their "logs" show it worked, completely ignoring the user experience. If the software fails, they will hide behind technicalities to keep your money. Do not trust their "money-back guarantee." It doesn't exist. I had to pay twice—once for this broken software and once for a professional to actually do the job. Avoid at all costs.
