Tough start but great finish
First of all the negative points. It took much longer than advised and expected for the article to arrive. Same for customer service to respond. But the sweater is perfectly made, looks great and exactly as described. The size is exactly what it should be and it has a very worthy touch. Once Wesley turned to me It was a great experience. He was very helpful, very kind and always pro customer. It was mainly his effort to turn everything positive. I can recommend them
