Appalling Quality of Spares
The product itself is good but after sales support and quality of spares appalling! Customer care agents are multitasking with my last "chat" taking almost 5 hrs of sporadic exchanges and then the agent just disappearing The spares quality MISERABLE ( dough cup) . the last one didnt even last 3 months . Normally I dont write reviews but inspite of my best efforts to talk to the Rotimatic team - no avail. So extremely frustrated! Note: the machine itself is fine, serves purpose
