Had an issue with the EMS Lifting mask…
Had an issue with the EMS Lifting mask not working just a few weeks into having it. JOVS was very fast to respond. They did require several steps before agreeing to sending a replacement which includes writing a review. For that reason they only get 4 stars. Looking forward to getting the replacement.
