Marked delivered next day from China; package arrived empty
I ordered from GMKtec (Order No. 00198479). FedEx tracking shows the package shipped from China on 12/02 and was marked delivered on 12/03. That turnaround is highly unusual for an international shipment and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the tracking record. The shipment was marked delivered, but the package arrived empty (no product inside). I contacted GMKtec and FedEx to resolve the issue. FedEx advised that the shipper must initiate the claim/investigation. Despite repeated follow-ups, GMKtec has not provided a verifiable claim/case number or written confirmation that a formal claim was filed and active. Communication has been slow and unclear, and I still do not have a resolution (replacement or refund). Than reply from GMKtec, 01/15/2026 Once again, GMKtec has demonstrated unprofessional behavior with their latest response. Despite my repeated requests, GMKtec has avoided filing the required FedEx claim for the shipment they sent from China, which arrived in the USA the next day containing only an empty box—highly unusual for international shipping. GMKtec has repeatedly failed to take responsibility and submit the FedEx claim. I contacted my credit card provider, and they have already opened a dispute against GMKtec. I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share this experience so others can be aware of situations like this. As of today, GMKtec still has not provided a FedEx claim number.
