Dreadful returns process and shockingly bad customer service
Dreadful customer service and you cannot return items without it costing you a fortune. Don't believe what they say about free returns. Also its not a uk based company despite it saying this on their site. I'm returning them out of principle despite it costing me more money than the shoes. Really shockingly bad returns process. Unless you are very very certain you want to keep these shoes I'd not recommend buying from this company.
