Ryobi will not honour my Stick Vacuum warranty…
Ryobi honoured my Stick Vacuum warranty claim and promised me that a new vacuum was shipped on August 29/25. Many emails back and forth "Where is it??) and on December 18/25 Ryobi admitted it was not shipped and I must "Be patient your order is in cue" Four months, no vacuum, our house is full of dust.
