I purchased the HTV Ront D1 DTF printer. When I set it up, it didn't load the colors. I sent an to email to customer service. I wasn't expecting to get a reply until Monday. Instead I got response in just a couple of hours! They sent me videos to follow to help troubleshoot. It all started working with minimal effort! I was so surprised to not only have it responded quickly and all before Monday! Love the printer too!;
