Completely unforgiving refund policy
Completely unforgiving refund policy! If you don't remember to go in and select to cancel the auto-renewal they automatically sign you up for, they won't refund, even if you request it immediately. My auto-renewal came on Christmas Day with no warning and a $70 price increase from last year; I saw it and requested a refund within hours and all they did was on the following Monday send me a link to their Terms and Conditions, which says that a failure to cancel auto-renewal is not a condition for getting a refund; the only possible reasons for refunds are tech problems on THEIR side. The content that I did access was ok but I only used it for one 2-hour course this past year (I did use it for more in 2024), but the fact that they can't even give a personal response, just send you an email with a link to Terms and Conditions is just plain rude. Avoid!
