I used a UK address, and when the package arrived, only premium shipping was available. The item was very light and could easily have been shipped as a letter. The item itself cost $30 USD, but they initially wanted $77–85 USD to ship it to Denmark. I’ve used this service in the US multiple times and have never experienced shipping prices like this, so it came as a big surprise. Customers shouldn’t be stuck with these kinds of costs when the premium service is not needed. Eventually, they did offer a better option: £29 to ship, which was the expected and acceptable price. If they want better ratings and reviews, they really need to fix this shipping issue so the cost doesn’t fall on the customer. From what I understand, it’s something they’re working on.
