Not 100 percent human hair
Noticed hair quality was not what I received. I told their customer service that the hair quality is not like human hair. I was given a list as to what human hair should do if it's human And it stayed you should be able to run you hands through the hair. I stayed to get I am not and showed pictures . I was told to use a detangling spray after spending 450.00 on human hair crochet hair. I do not complain however after sharing pictures of how tangled this "human hair is. They refused to address the issue
