Google landed me to traveloka where I was tempted with the option of $80 off in my first booking. I opted to go with the portal since this would help me manage my budget for the new year travel. There was no option to use the voucher when payment details were to be put up. We ended up getting charged for the whole sum a day prior to arriving at the hotel. When called for help we were told the voucher is only applicable when payment type is not set to pay at the hotel (there was no option as such nor was there the option to put in the voucher code.) It seems bit misleaging and unethical code of conduct, would not use the service in future.
