Deceptive disclosures
The company intentionally and deceptively places of the return policy below the make purchase button so that it is completely out of view and you are not having to manually acknowledge any policy. The purchase is an automatic acceptance of their T&C, refund policy, return policy and cancellations. So, please scroll down past the make purchase button to review those. It’s not even visible to that page you have to scroll down. They really should be sued for this deceptive practice and placement. They also do not have a process for proper disposal of this device. They say just to dispose of it as you would any battery. I see a lot of the negative reviews are on the return policy so wanted to point out how they designed the process to intentionally deceive you and cause you to overlook these key points in making your purchasing decision. Most companies put the ‘by continuing you agree’ ahead of the continue or make purchase, they intentionally placed it below and it requires you to scroll to see it.
