I got a 3 day trial subscription in 2023 and didn’t cancel within the 3 days period and so was charged for the year. I then tried to cancel knowing I would not get a refund per the company policy. A year later I was charged again for another year. I tried once again to cancel but this time I requested a refund because they had not cancel my subscription as requested. They refused citing their no- refund policybut asdured me I was cancelled. This year i was charged yet again for another year and they have once again refused to credit me for the money charged for the subscription. Don’t use this product. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that won’t rip you off. Look elsewhere for your photo editing needs.
