Poor Customer Service and Goods.
We ordered our item at the end of November, wasn’t given any tracking number until just before Christmas. Bought as a Christmas gift, this didn’t then arrive till 30th December. Explained we wanted a refund and was offered shipping cost, no sense of customer service or wanting to resolve our issue. Item quality was poor, sizing was also very small. Made it clear we didn’t want the item but was told we had to wait til it was received. Gave 48 hours to arrange a refund, no contact since. Avoid using this company.
