I want to share my experience in hopes of helping others make an informed decision about this company. I strongly advise caution before making a purchase. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding this company. Here is a summary of what happened when I ordered shoes from them: 1. I paid for shipping, and the shoes took about two weeks to arrive, shipped via USPS from China in a simple plastic bag. 2. When I opened the package, I was shocked—the shoes were not what I expected. They were made of cheap plastic, definitely not orthopedic, and did not fit properly. I felt very let down. 3. I tried to contact customer service, but found there was no phone number or 24/7 support—only an email address. 4. I emailed to explain my concerns about the shoes’ quality and fit. I did not receive an immediate reply, and after several follow-up emails, I finally received an apology and was asked to send a photo of the shoes. 5. The company then offered a $10 or $15 refund if I kept the shoes, and explained that returning them would be costly for me. After some back and forth, it became clear that a full refund was not an option, and I accepted their finally agreed upon partial refund and donated the shoes to Salvation Army. 6. The entire process left me frustrated and disappointed, especially since I did not check online reviews beforehand. In summary, my experience was disappointing due to poor product quality, communication challenges, and difficulty obtaining a refund.
