Warrior Down Coat. Quality 5/5, Customer support 2/5
Let's start with the bad side of my experience: I ordered the Warrior Down Coat in white instead of black by mistake. It was processed very quickly, and by the next day, it was already in "in delivery" status. Even though I contacted the support team within the next 5 min after the order by website chat, by email, by contact-us form and by discord, I didn't receive any reply from them for the next 6 days (even though their website is promising a reply within 48h). I don't like that there is no option for the customer to edit or cancel the order, while it's in "confirmed" status There was no way for me to change my order, so I ordered another Warrior Down Coat in black. It was in status confirmed for almost 3 weeks, because with my order I got a free gift, and this free gift became out of stock, so my order could have been on hold until the restock. This is ridiculous because I don't even want the free gift, i just wanted the coat. They offered to change the gift so I could receive my order faster. The customer support is of very low quality, and the wait time for their reply is too long... The better side of my experience: The packaging is beautiful and very high quality. The Warrior Down Coat sizing chart was a bit of a scam, because the size XL, which I thought would fit me perfectly, is a bit large in the corset area, so the coat doesnt have the corset waist lining. I need to alter it so it would look the same as on the website :( But overall the quality is good, and its warm enough to wear it in -10°C with just a dress underneath Even though the wait for the order to arrive is long, it was worth it I will order more clothes from them in the future
