Auto Heat Press Damage
Bought an Auto Heat Press for my granddaughter in November 2025 for a Christmas present. The item was not opened until Christmas Day to damage. Immediately contacted the company and after some conversations a new replacement heat press was shipped. The Customer Service Representative was always very kind, thought, professional and willing to assist. Thank you for the swift resolution.
