Hello, I am extremely disappointed with Hermosa Hair’s customer service. I placed my order and have not received it since December 22nd. No one has clearly explained what is wrong with my order or whether the issue is related to my location. Communication has been very poor and unhelpful. I requested a refund due to the delay, and to this day, I still have not received it. To make matters worse, the responses I received via email were rude and unprofessional. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their communication and customer service.
