eManualOnline

My first purchase from emanuals started…

My first purchase from emanuals started off in a bad way on my behalf. I purchased a manual and downloaded the product only to realize I had a file I was going to need a Windows or Mac computer to open. I have only been using my phone and a tablet for many years. I demanded a refund and since I had downloaded the file already, more than once honestly. I was initially denied. I argued that the file type was not displayed in the ad however in verifying this it clearly was. So I dusted off my 10 year old laptop, loaded the VM, and had a few problems getting it to run. I emailed them about it and they were boom right there ready to help make it work so fast and positively that I was surprised. Especially if you read any of my initial emails. Once I got the information I had purchased working on the PC, I was totally taken back by how much information was in the file. Now I understood why the file was 2.5 G or something. I would have gladly paid 3 times ebay I did for it. If you are a person who repairs cars or trucks as I do and you don't have a $200 a month subscription to Alldata or Mitchelle 1, you need to check these guys out. Forget the pdf's and and try out the ova files. You'll be glad you did. I work for a company as a fleet mechanic, and what I purchased was the manufacturers information and procedures for the entire line of trucks covering 8 years in every configuration, engine and transmission. I've ordered a brand new laptop, as I'm going to be using this service quite a bit.
