Lost Osmo Nano with no way of getting it back
Bought Osmo Nano camera as it seemed better than Insta 360. The magnet is not strong enough to hold the camera. Small part only lasts 1h15mins. The camera slipped off the magnet whilst walking with the dog. There is no GPS built in the camera, only alarm so went back to find it and somebody must have picked it up in those 10mins since it slipped. There is no other way to track the camera and also camera cannot be remotely monitored or switched off which means anyone else can simply use the camera that cost someone over £300. I will never buy anything else from this company as it is very easy to loose drone or camera and quickly be out of pocket with no way to track the device. Only hope is someone with a good heart to find it but why would you give it back if you have just found something that expensive and simply can use it for yourself? Unfortunately not the best company to buy such an expensive devices from.
