The Store is nice and so are the customer support people. Unfortunately, the products are not as good as expected. Here is my experience from 6 months: I purchased a Saturn 4 Ultra 16k resin printer, along with a sufficient amount of resin for prototype printing (primarily for commercial use). It also included a UV device and a wash box. Both devices are acceptable, although I rarely use the wash box when using water-washable resin. They are still in good condition.. First of all, I noticed that my expensive printer was not printing properly. This resulted in almost a week of email correspondence with screenshots to identify the problem. As a result, I was sent a replacement LCD screen (free of charge, of course), which I installed myself. By then, I had already started to doubt myself and bought new PFA foils (~28€) , different resin (€€) and also a steel funnel (~ 9€), because the paper rubbish that was delivered is simply nonsense. At least then I was able to get some printouts. After a while and further puzzling, I wondered why the results were not consistent. After some research and forum discussions, I found the next (commercial) solution from Elegoo: Of course, the resin heater in the printer's tank is not sufficient if the printer is located in a basement, so get the mini heater from the Elegooshop (~50€). After a few attempts (depending on the software and model, of course, and my own interest), the last two months (Oct / Nov) have yielded very good results! The Quality of the Resinproduct is wonderful, i really love it, even if i have a lot of work with all that cleaning, hardening and so on. At the beginning of December, that was it again, because despite regular cleaning and maintenance, the contacts of the resin tank heater are defective (contact pin presses into the tank). The printer no longer recognises the tank and therefore no longer heats the resin. What means, after 5 Months i have to buy the next spare part. The Resin tank is about 50€ in the Elegoo Shop-.... i did not even print about 50 cycles in 5-6 months with this printer. To be honest guys, until today i can not recommend your product anymore. I am really tired to change parts (felt) month by month. It doesnt even give me the chance to test and print for a certain period of time. As a customer, I feel bad about complaining about a product over and over again. That can't be true...
