First-Time Importer Experience
This was one of my first experiences working directly with suppliers in China, so naturally I had many questions about the process. I was looking for support that could help me better understand sourcing, supplier communication, and the steps involved before shipping. They answered my questions and helped me communicate more effectively with the suppliers involved. For someone without an established team in China, having access to this kind of assistance was useful. The process felt easier to manage because I had more information and support along the way.
