Exceptional Customer Service, I purchased a Heat Press back in July 2025 and by November I was having issues with an error code, so I contacted customer service asking how to fix the problem, the reply times were super fast and as soon as they got videos of the issue they solved my problem offering a replacement product, turn around time for the replacement was extremely fast too, got the new heat press in 2 days after I sent the information. Extremely satisfied.
