Air Canada compensation.
We were flying to Canada when the strike began, thus everything was cancelled. We got to Compensair in early September and currently we've got compensation for 2/4 tickets. Air Canada claimed they've sent us mail (this didn't happen) and money (this happened, but 1.5 months later than they claimed, in the end of December). I'd say Compensair didn't provide any updates, beyond scripted answers, but I'm not sure they have it either. Since we've got the money, I believe this is a good company to get to.
